An event as part of the Nature meets Nurture symposium of the German Federal Cultural Foundation as part of FELLOW ME!, the mobile academy in the International Museum Fellowship program.

“The Anthropocene as a possible new geological era and concept requires a rethink in museum work. Positions towards the natural world must be renegotiated. Museums will become critical actors that participate in a transnational and transformative process.”

  • Film program, curated and introduced by Marcel Schwierin, director of the Edith-Russ-Haus for Media Art, Oldenburg.
  • Followed by a discussion and small reception.

The event will take place in the lecture hall of the smac – Staatliches Museum für Archäologie Chemnitz. Admission is free. You can register until 14.10.2016 at www.fellow-me.de/anmeldung/.
