Old radios, defective computer screens, used battery chargers, discarded cell phones – e-waste is piling up! We ask ourselves: where to put it? Together with physicist Thorsten Sonnet, we make our own rechargeable bicycle light in the soldering workshop from old devices, functioning batteries, their chargers and LEDs.

Participants are asked to bring their own (electronic) waste: Cell phone / MP3 player with battery and the corresponding working battery charger and for the housing of the bicycle light: 2 cassette cases / 1 lunch box / other can / large old bicycle lamps.
