Ladies and Gentlemen,

I believe that the Polish plans to build a nuclear power plant
endanger my fundamental rights to physical
integrity, life and property. Nuclear energy is uncontrollableand incompatible with the guaranteed protection of the population. I also demand
the immediate decommissioning of all nuclear power plants worldwide!

* Radioactive substances can travel from the
planned nuclear power plant via the air to my home –
into the air I breathe and the food I eat.* I fear contamination and
radiation from leaks, accidents and earthquakes. A nuclear power plant wouldcause the production and storage of nuclear waste and require the transportation of uranium andnuclear waste. The risk of transportation accidents,plane crashes and attacks is increasing. There is no absolutely secure protection.* Even during “normal operation”, nuclear power plants release radioactivity.In Germany, a 2007 study by the Federal Office forRadiation Protection documented an increase in cases of leukemia in young children living near nuclear power plants. The
results of the study must be taken into account in connection with the planned nuclear power plants
