For their concert, Christina Kubisch and Oldenburg-born Lutz Pruditsch, alias Tarkatak, use sound material collected by visitors to the Sound//Bytes exhibition, who have acoustically explored the electromagnetic fields of the city of Oldenburg on a walk with specially designed headphones.
Electrical Walks Oldenburg
In a live mix, the two artists create a surprising sound experience from these and their own recordings: the sound of the city of Oldenburg, generated from illuminated displays, electronic security systems, cell phones, ATMs and other electrical devices.

Until the end of the exhibition on April 29, the headphones can still be borrowed during opening hours to experience the Electrical Walk in Oldenburg. The recordings will be burned onto CD at the exhibition and can be taken home as a lasting sound experience
