The quality of heuristics in the image of the state.

A video art program that presents contributions to the production of knowledge images, heuristic principles of visual control and the constitution of individuals and society. The program combines diverse forms of contemporary video art with a compilation of selected video works by students of artistic media practice at the Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg.
