Opera on the Street Corner, Edit Molnár & Zorka Wollny
Opera on the Street Corner revolves around Zorka Wollny’s Impossible Opera, a new commission resulting from a long-term collaboration between the artist, the Edith-Russ-Haus for Media Art and local choirs and individuals. This hour-long musical performance draws its inspiration from protests, demonstrations and conflicts between order and anarchy, contradiction and consent. Edit Molnár, director of the Edith-Russ-Haus, will discuss the work with Wollny after a screening of the performance. This will be followed by a discussion with the audience.
