(Elmar Krekeler, 2017)   &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Investigative reporter Eric Schlosser collected countless videos for the research for his book Command and Control on US nuclear weapons to create a cinematic montage that confronts an almost forgotten danger without any commentary. Rhythmed by the pulsating sound of the Los Angeles-based electronic band The Acid, the film presents the enormous power of nuclear weapons through images of military marching formations, advertising shots of the weapons industry, nuclear explosions &#8211; with their consequences for nature and people &#8211; and a technological euphoria that is almost incomprehensible today.   &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Bomb celebrated its premiere on April 23, 2016 as the closing night event of the Tribeca Film Festival in New York with a 360-degree projection surrounding the audience and live music by The Acid. <br \/> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thebombnow.com\/\">www.thebombnow.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p>ICAN Germany is part of the International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear weapons, a global alliance of over 450 organizations in 100 countries.
